The episode begins with Aasma and Aaliya desperately chasing after a car teetering on the edge of a cliff. The girls inside the car call out to them for help. Aasma bravely positions herself in front of the car, managing to sit and hold onto it, maintaining balance. Aaliya calls out to Aasma in concern. Armaan notices that Aasma and Aaliya’s call is not connecting and asks the doctor about their mother.
The doctor sadly reveals that she suffered a heart attack. Ranvijay, feeling guilty for his actions, expresses his regret. Armaan reassures everyone that their mother will be alright. Aaliya informs Aasma that the car door is locked.
Aasma uses a stone to break the car’s window, allowing her to open the door and rescue the girls inside. Aaliya comforts the rescued girls, while Aasma cradles her daughters, and Aaliya hugs Khushi. Meanwhile, Raja returns and witnesses the rescue, initially fearing the worst, but then running away in distress.
Aasma and Aaliya rush the girls to the hospital for treatment. Armaan arrives at the hospital and joins them. Ranvijay blames himself for the incident, causing him to hurt his hand. Armaan questions him about his behavior, but Ranvijay brushes it off with an excuse. Aasma overhears their conversation. Rano, who has regained consciousness, asks about the children’s condition. Armaan and Aasma reassure her that they are all safe.
To lift the girls’ spirits, Armaan dances for them, bringing joy to the situation. Aasma realizes that Raja is missing and expresses her concern to Armaan. She discovers Raja in a cupboard, suffocating with a plastic cover over his head. After removing the cover, she questions him about his actions. Raja confesses to killing the girls, but Aasma and Armaan reassure him that they are alive. They take Raja away, leaving Aasma worried about Aaliya’s whereabouts.
Aasma finds Ranvijay and questions him about the mistake he mentioned. He hugs her and admits to making a grave error. Aaliya arrives and overhears their conversation. Aasma intervenes, reminding them that Aaliya is Raja’s lifeline and her presence is crucial for his recovery.
She urges them not to lose hope and emphasizes the importance of sacrifice and commitment in relationships. Aasma advises Aaliya not to take any drastic steps until she has discussed it with Armaan and the rest of the family. Aaliya apologizes for her distraction and promises to wait for the family’s decision before taking any action. Aasma watches them, concerned yet hopeful.
