Aasma returns to her room in tears. Armaan follows her, gently consoling her and suggesting they give Harjeet’s family a grand welcome at the roka function to make up for everything. He urges her not to waste her precious tears and hugs her warmly.
Kannu’s in-laws arrive for the roka function, introducing themselves to Sukhi and his family. The atmosphere is joyous as everyone enjoys the event. During Kannu’s roka ceremony, Aaliya quietly tells Neetu to be cautious since Aasma’s earlier outburst at the shagun ceremony could lead to the in-laws leaving if anything goes wrong now.
Neetu worries but stays silent. Rano asks Aasma to check on the food. As Aasma heads inside, Neetu feels a bit more at ease, thinking everything will go smoothly now.
After the ceremony, both families sit down for lunch. Aasma is asked to bring the food. She returns with bowls on a tray, appearing distracted. Aaliya notices Aasma’s stress and wonders what’s wrong. Aaliya offers to serve the food, only to discover the bowls are empty. Everyone is stunned. Harjeet’s parents are annoyed and express their displeasure at the oversight.
Aasma and the others go to the kitchen and find there’s no food. Neetu, crying, asks Aasma what’s going on. Aaliya smirks from a distance and then taunts Aasma about wanting Kannu to get married. Aasma stays silent. Neetu keeps questioning her until Bebe announces that food has arrived and needs to be served immediately.
Rano and the others see women bringing langar from the Gurudwara Sahib. Armaan explains that he and Aasma had planned to serve langar prasad but hadn’t had the chance to explain due to the earlier confusion. Everyone calms down and starts eating.
Armaan asks Aasma how the mix-up happened, suspecting Aaliya, but Aasma insists she doesn’t know who’s responsible. While they eat, smoke suddenly fills the hall, causing everyone to rush outside, struggling with breathing and eye irritation. Aasma brings water and towels, but when people wipe their faces, they turn red with paint. Neighbors laugh and taunt them.
Feeling insulted, Harjeet’s parents cancel Kannu’s marriage with Harjeet. Despite Neetu and others apologizing and trying to convince them, they refuse to listen. Neetu and Rano take them inside, hoping to change their minds. Neetu asks Aasma to apologize, but Aasma remains silent before finally refusing. Aaliya tells Aasma that her apology will fix Kannu’s problems, but Aasma refuses to apologize.
