Sarab announces to everyone that he has agreed to the wedding. Mehar calmly states she has no objection to the marriage, surprising Haniya. Simi questions Sarab about why he didn’t reveal their love affair, leading to Haniya’s heartbroken departure. Aunty praises Aasmaa, and the wedding rituals begin. Munni is ecstatic over the jewelry.
Mehar then adds a condition to her agreement: she wants to take her time to understand Sarab, as she is initially opposed to the idea. Munni suggests a normal date, but Mehar clarifies she doesn’t have time for romantic outings and proposes that Sarab should live with her as a “house husband” for a month.
This revelation shocks everyone. Simi goes to look for Haniya, while Sarab expresses his frustration, accusing Mehar of trying to humiliate his family. He refuses to stay at her house, citing his self-respect. Mehar stands firm, stating that it’s her condition and up to them to accept it. She insists that Sarab must understand her lifestyle by living with her for a month before she can agree to the marriage.
Sarab rejects the idea, adamant about not compromising his dignity. Aasmaa tries to intervene, but Mehar remains resolute, leaving Munni to assure Aasmaa that she will handle Sarab. Aasmaa promises to help convince Mehar.
Anupama invites Bhavesh to Dimple’s wedding and hopes Vanraj won’t disrupt the event. Hasmuk instructs Pakhi to look after Ishani, but Pakhi asks to be left alone to rest. Despite Pakhi’s reluctance, Hasmuk administers medicine to Ishani, who soon becomes unconscious. Alerting the Shahs, Hasmuk’s actions startle Vanraj.
Anupama reflects on Anuj while Kavya updates her on Ishani’s condition. Pakhi shares the news with Kavya, prompting Vanraj and Paritosh to rush Ishani to the hospital. Pakhi is deeply concerned for Ishani’s well-being as Kinjal, Kavya, and Dimple console Leela. Kinjal discovers Ishani received the wrong medication.
Hasmuk checks on Ishani, and Anupama consoles him. Vanraj reassures Hasmuk amid mounting anxiety. Ansh, Pari, and Mahi inquire anxiously about Ishani’s prognosis, reassured by Dimple and Kavya that she will recover. The Shahs unite in prayer for Ishani’s recovery.
Biji and Yashdeep decide to reconcile, and Yashdeep resolves to confront Gulati and reinstate Anupama’s partnership. Biji lends her support to Yashdeep’s decision.
Meanwhile, Pakhi blames Hasmuk for Ishani’s condition, shocking Anupama who defends Hasmuk. Pakhi issues a stern warning to Hasmuk. Mahi, Pari, and Ansh continue to pray for Ishani as the doctor informs Pakhi that Ishani is now stable. Kinjal informs Dimple, Kavya, and Leela about the medication mix-up involving Hasmuk.
