Anupama tries to stop Anuj and asks him not to do anything. Anuj walks into the hall and calls Shruti. Everyone stands up. Shruti enters and sees Anupama behind her. Vanraj asks what happened suddenly. Aadhya asks why Anuj is angry. Anupama tries to intervene, but Anuj signals her to stop.
He confronts Shruti, demanding, “How dare you do this to Anupama?” Everyone is shocked. Shruti suggests they discuss it at the hotel, but Anupama agrees, saying they should go there to talk. However, Anuj insists they talk right there, stating that since Anupama was publicly insulted and humiliated, the issue should be addressed publicly.
He declares that everyone needs to know what happened to Anupama, why it happened, and on whose orders. Vanraj claims they all know. Baa questions why Anuj is causing a scene at a wedding. Anuj responds that he doesn’t want to cause a scene, but because it concerns Anu, they will talk right there.
Anuj demands answers from Shruti, questioning why Spice and Chutney were closed, why Anupama was stripped of her trophy, and why she had to endure such insult, humiliation, and loss. He reveals that a food critic caused the uproar under Shruti’s direction. Everyone is stunned.
Dimpy asks Anupama if she knew about this. Anuj explains that Anupama kept quiet for the sake of Titu and Dimpy’s marriage and to avoid breaking Shruti and his own marriage. Vanraj then asks how Anuj found out. Anuj explains he overheard Anupama talking to Mr. Dhillion.
Yashdeep interjects, stating he has something to say. Vanraj remarks that Anupama has gained two defenders at last. Yashdeep clarifies he is not defending anyone but merely speaking the truth.
Yashdeep praises Anupama for taking care of Aadhya and Vanraj without any selfish motives, while her own status increased. Shruti admits to her actions, saying she instructed Ms. Smith to make the news go viral and file complaints with the health and food department to shut down Spice and Chutney and drive Anupama out of their lives. She didn’t want the Maan story to start again.
Anuj accuses Shruti of acting out of jealousy, leading to many people losing their jobs. Shruti confesses she wasn’t thinking clearly as she was consumed by jealousy. She acknowledges that Anupama will always have a place in Anuj’s heart and that she tolerated Anupama for Aadhya’s sake but couldn’t bear her presence in their lives.
Shruti admits her jealousy and insecurity, feeling overshadowed by Anupama despite her own youth, looks, education, and love for Aadhya and Anuj. She was afraid of losing Anuj and Aadhya, leading her to act out to keep Anupama away. She insists that any other woman in her position would have felt the same insecurity.
Devika confronts Shruti, asking, “How would you feel if I did the same thing to you?” Shruti replies, “I just wanted to close Spice and Chutney, but I never imagined this would happen.” Devika retorts, “Are you a child that you didn’t know?” Anuj removes his ring and says, “If you had done this to someone else, I might have forgiven you, but you did this to Anu, and I can never forgive you for that. Anu didn’t want this to happen, but from today, our relationship is over.
” Everyone is shocked. Anupama pleads with Anuj not to make a decision in anger, expressing her disappointment with Shruti’s actions but urging him to consider why she did it. She reminds him that Shruti had taken care of them when they were in need.
Anuj insists, “I was marrying her for what she did with Choti, but our relationship is over because the trust is gone.” Anupama disagrees. Devika questions Anupama’s interference, suggesting that if Shruti later gets angry with Anuj, she won’t talk to him but will take revenge. She supports Anuj’s decision. Aadhya begs Anuj not to do this, crying. Anuj apologizes. Toshu smiles.
Vanraj tells Anuj and Anupama they played a bad game, suggesting they should have told Shruti, and she would have stepped aside. Anuj tells him to be quiet, but Vanraj insists the drama is happening in his house.
He claims Anuj never wanted to marry Shruti because Anupama returned to his life, realizing Anupama was always his first choice and Shruti his second. He accuses Anuj of breaking the marriage now that he has the chance. He expresses sympathy for Shruti.
Shruti blames AK, saying he always changed the topic when she talked about important issues. She laments that everyone gets forgiveness except her, acknowledging that Anuj and Anupama love each other too much to belong to anyone else. She admits she didn’t want to accept it, but destiny forced her to see that Anuj and Anupama are made for each other.
She asks Anuj if he would be happy in a loveless marriage and tells Anupama that she loves Anuj too. Shruti confesses she thought her love would make Anuj forget Anupama, but after five years together, they never grew closer, while Anuj and Anupama remained inseparable even after being apart for five years. Aadhya begs Anuj not to break their family, wanting Shruti.
Baa suggests they go to their hotel to sort out their problems. Devika and Vanraj agree. Anupama asks everyone to stop and tells Shruti she is angry and upset and can never forgive her. She explains she never tried to take AK from Shruti and did what was right, praying for their happiness. Shruti insists that AK loves Anupama, and Anupama loves him too. She wants to hear Anupama admit it.
Shruti holds Aadhya’s hand, brings her in front of Anupama, and places Anupama’s hand on Aadhya’s head, demanding she swear and say if she loves AK. Everyone waits for Anupama’s confession.
Anupama finally admits, “Yes, I do. I love Anuj very, very much.” Reactions are mixed. Vanraj jokingly asks Toshu to check if Mr. Dhillion fainted, and Toshu laughs, apologizing. Anupama says she will always love Anuj but has moved on in life and does not want to come between AK and Shruti, swearing on her daughter’s head. Aadhya cries, upset.
Anupama apologizes, saying she can’t stop loving him even if she wants to, but as a mother, her happiness lies in her daughter’s happiness, which is with Shruti and AK.
