The episode begins with Meher emerging from the room, clutching her head. Everyone is shocked to see her forehead bleeding. Sarab immediately offers to call a doctor, but Meher stops him, accusing him of attacking her as she vividly recalls seeing him.
The room is filled with shock as Meher faints and collapses onto Sarab, who catches her and urges her to open her eyes, insisting they need to take her to the hospital. Sukhi grabs a gun, vowing not to spare Sarab, while Haniya stresses the urgency of getting Meher to the hospital. They rush her to the emergency room, where the doctor informs them it is a police case.
Despite this, Sarab pleads for immediate treatment, and the doctor reluctantly agrees. Sukhi confronts Sarab, demanding to know why he would harm Meher. The doctor returns with grim news, unable to provide a prognosis due to the significant blood loss, leaving everyone in tears.
Munni arrives at the hospital, frantic for answers about Meher’s condition. Haniya explains that the treatment is ongoing, and it’s too early to tell. Sukhi blames Munni’s son, while Neetu claims Sarab was drunk. Sarab’s father and Munni both defend him, asserting that Sarab would never harm a girl.
However, Sukhi reveals that Sarab has fled, prompting Haniya to search for him. She finds him praying at the Gurudwara and informs him that Meher has regained consciousness. They hurry back to the hospital, where Haniya embraces Meher, asking if she’s alright. Meher confirms she is.
Sarab arrives, but Sukhi angrily tells him to stay away from his granddaughter. Neetu also demands Sarab leave, stating that Meher’s safety is their only concern. Rano expresses disappointment in Sarab. Aasma challenges Sarab, asking if he has an explanation. Sarab offers her prasad, but she refuses, accusing him of attacking her and then bringing prasad as a cover-up.
Haniya defends Sarab, expressing her disbelief that he could commit such an act. Meher recounts how she heard rapid knocking, had sand thrown in her eyes, and was struck on the head by Sarab as she opened the door. Aasma tells Sarab that if her trust is broken, she won’t hesitate to end their relationship. Sarab, maintaining his innocence, vows to uncover the true culprit.
Haniya reassures Sarab that she believes in his innocence and suggests they search Meher’s room for clues. During their search, they discover a bar bill, and as Sarab leaves, Haniya finds a key, hoping it will lead to answers.
Sarab Confronts Leo
Sarab storms into the house, shouting for Leo. He slaps Leo and scolds him for hurting Meher. Leo, defending himself, says he was unwell and didn’t go out to drink. He adds, “You’ve beaten me so much.” Munni supports Leo, saying he was home all night, and Lily and Shaily confirm it too. Frustrated, Sarab leaves.
Haniya’s Investigation
At the office, Haniya asks about the key. An employee informs her that one key is with Meher, and the other is with someone else. Meanwhile, Sarab goes to the bar to investigate the bill. Shakti, hiding nearby, is spotted by Haniya, who reveals she discovered Shakti is the culprit.
She learned from the office that the second key, found in Meher’s room, belongs to Shakti. A bar worker notices Shakti hiding and questions him. Shakti tries to flee, but Aasma intervenes, causing him to fall, and Sarab apprehends him.
The Truth Unveiled
Meher, distressed, asks about Haniya and Sarab’s whereabouts. Haniya and Sarab enter, dragging Shakti with them, and reveal he is the attacker. Shakti confesses, explaining he was driven to it by Meher’s insults and his subsequent inability to find a job.
Enraged, Meher slaps Shakti. When Shakti attempts to retaliate, Haniya stops him, warning him sternly. She informs everyone that Shakti had burned down the factory. Sarab admits he stayed silent as no one would have believed him and asks Meher if she has any complaints against him.
