Aadya asks Anuj where he went. Anuj tells Aadya that he went for a walk. Aadya is convinced. Anuj wishes Aadya would reunite with Anupama. Aadya tells Anuj that she is happy in India. Anuj responds that this is the beauty of India, and he believes Aadya will want to stay. Aadya begins planning Anuj and Shruti’s wedding. Anuj reminisces about Anupama.
Kavya, Dimple, and Kinjal discuss the haldi ceremony. Kavya is worried because Vanraj hasn’t returned yet. Suddenly, they hear someone’s voice and find Ishani, Pari, Ansh, and Mahi sitting outside. Pari tells Kinjal that Ishani was coughing, so Pakhi threw them out of the room. Kinjal asks the kids to sleep in their room. Hasmuk is angry at Pakhi and decides to give medicine to Ishani. Dimple says Pakhi shouldn’t misbehave with Ishani and decides to raise Ishani herself if Pakhi can’t.
Bhavesh brings sweets for Anupama. Devika asks Bhavesh to give her a sweet too. Anupama suggests Bhavesh should remarry, but he refuses. Anupama asks why he is avoiding marriage. Bhavesh points out that Anupama is also married, but questions if she is happy. Anupama tries to convince Bhavesh to marry. Bhavesh decides to spend more time with Anupama.
Anupama invites Bhavesh to Dimple’s wedding and wishes Vanraj wouldn’t disturb the ceremony. Hasmuk asks Pakhi to take care of Ishani, but Pakhi asks to be left to sleep. Hasmuk feeds medicine to Ishani, who then falls unconscious, prompting Hasmuk to call out to the Shahs. Vanraj becomes frightened for Ishani.
Anupama reminisces about Anuj. Kavya informs Anupama and Pakhi about Ishani’s condition. Vanraj and Paritosh rush Ishani to the hospital as Pakhi fears for her. Kavya, Kinjal, and Dimple console Leela. Kinjal discovers that Ishani took the wrong medicine.
Hasmuk checks on Ishani, and Anupama consoles him while Vanraj reassures him. Ansh, Pari, and Mahi ask Kavya if Ishani will die. Dimple and Kavya assure them that Ishani will be fine soon. The Shahs pray for her recovery.
Meanwhile, Biji and Yashdeep decide to start fresh. Yashdeep plans to punish Gulati and return the partnership to Anupama, with Biji’s support.
Pakhi accuses Hasmuk of causing Ishani’s condition, shocking Anupama, who defends Hasmuk. Pakhi threatens him, but later, the doctor informs Pakhi that Ishani is out of danger. Kinjal tells Dimple, Kavya, and Leela that Hasmuk gave Ishani the wrong medicine.
