Devika asks Anupama why she didn’t mention anything about Gulati. Anupama responds that there’s no point discussing irrelevant people. Devika points out that both Vanraj and Anuj are her exes, yet while Vanraj seizes every opportunity to humiliate her, Anuj consistently supports her. She observes something and asks if Anupama still has feelings for Anuj.
Meanwhile, Vanraj searches for his phone, wondering where it could be. He asks Ansh if he’s seen it. Ansh denies seeing the phone and swears on himself. Kavya notices Vanraj’s possessiveness over his phone and suspects he’s hiding something. Mahi arrives and asks what he’s looking for. Ansh replies that it’s Vanraj’s phone. Mahi finds it and hands it to Vanraj, who takes it and leaves.
Devika then asks Anupama if she felt angry when she learned about Anuj’s decision to marry Shruti. Anupama expresses her disbelief, saying if Anuj’s love was genuine, he wouldn’t have moved on. She recalls how, during his daughter’s mental health crisis, Anuj brought her home to care for Aadhya instead of hiring a nanny or nurse, which makes him a bad person in her eyes.
Anupama defends Anuj, explaining that she left him and he couldn’t be expected to wait forever. She acknowledges that Aadhya needed her mother, which is why Anuj called her. Devika concludes that Anupama has feelings for Anuj and urges her to admit it. Meanwhile, Anuj reflects on why Devika took a cab if her car was fine, deciding to discuss Gulati with Anupama.
Shruti opens Anuj’s cupboard, hugs his shirt, and accidentally drops his diary. She discovers an old gajra garland and reads Anuj’s poetry, panicking and contemplating whether to return to India or call them back, suspecting Anuj and Anupama are deceiving Aadhya.
Devika presses Anupama to swear on Samar and admit her love for Anuj. Anupama tearfully confesses her love for Anuj, declaring she will always love him, even after death. Anuj, about to knock on the door, overhears Anupama’s confession, feeling elated and reassured that she still loves him.
Elsewhere, Vanraj insists he needs proof before proceeding with a marriage, declaring it can’t happen. He turns to find Mahi listening. Mahi questions whose marriage he’s referring to. Vanraj lies, saying he told his friend he couldn’t marry off his son without proof. Mahi accuses him of lying, and Vanraj threatens to send her to a hostel. Mahi promises not to tell anyone and leaves, while Vanraj feels relieved that no one else heard him.
Anupama expresses her enduring love for Anuj, admitting that even the slightest harm to him pains her deeply. Anuj responds with a smile. She then bravely acknowledges another truth: that Anuj has moved on with Shruti. Anupama confesses that seeing Anuj and Aadhya with Shruti used to cause her pain. She acknowledges that Anuj and Aadhya have found happiness with Shruti, something she feels she couldn’t provide. Anuj listens to her words.
Meanwhile, Titu seeks divine assistance from Kanha ji before revealing a truth, fearing the reaction it might elicit. Dimpy interrupts, taking Titu aside. She tenderly kisses his cheek, attributing it to his culinary skills. Titu, surprised by her romantic gesture, is about to express his disbelief when Dimpy stops him, hinting at something about Samar.
Anupama reflects on her past actions, stating that she never attempted to win Anuj back, even when he pursued Maya for Choti, and now as he prepares to marry Shruti for Choti’s sake. She feels betrayed but resolves not to betray others. Anupama acknowledges Shruti’s long-standing commitment to Anuj and their shared dream of marriage.
She reveals that Shruti even took a metaphorical bullet for her and declares her intention to ensure their marriage proceeds smoothly, solely for the sake of Choti and Anuj’s happiness. Embracing Devika, Anupama weeps, while Anuj overhears, his emotions stirred.
Titu confides in Dimpy about understanding Samar’s significance in her life. Dimpy, revealing Samar’s aspirations for Ansh, assures Titu they will fulfill those dreams. Titu then intends to broach his own past but is interrupted by shocking news of a friend’s accident, promising to return before the sangeet.
Anupama shares her desire to hear Choti express love for Anuj before she moves on with her life. Anuj overhears, shedding tears.
Dimpy attends to her sprained leg, while Kinjal vents her frustration about Toshu’s constant taunts. She admires her mother’s strength and resolves to emulate it, asserting the need for self-assertion in their relationship.
Contemplating Anupama’s words, Anuj sits on the road, confessing his love for her and shedding tears of uncertainty about their future together.
