Anupama arrives at the Shah house, greeted by happiness and warmth from everyone except Vanraj, who interrupts the welcome with a sarcastic gesture of performing her aarti. He accuses her of coming for a battle, not for reconciliation, highlighting her past humiliations.
Anupama questions his intentions, but Vanraj continues, taking off the bad sight from her and giving money to the kids as a symbolic gesture.
Babu ji and others are puzzled by Vanraj’s behavior. Vanraj, ignoring their confusion, suggests an “international welcome” and sarcastically applauds her arrival. He then recounts her journey from a housewife to a successful individual, ending with her being labeled a “loser” by Toshu and Pakhi. Yashdeep, feeling remorseful for his past actions, confides in Beeji about hurting Anupama and expresses regret for his behavior.
Meanwhile, Anupama confronts Vanraj’s taunts with dignity, stating that she came for Dimpy and wanted to meet everyone except a few. Vanraj continues his verbal assault, mocking her for returning from America and insinuating that she won’t find success there. Anupama, unfazed, suggests celebrating with sweets until the marriage takes place. Vanraj, realizing he can’t deter her, finally invites her inside.
As Anupama steps in, flower petals fly around her, symbolizing a welcoming gesture from Babu ji. She is greeted warmly by Kinjal, Kavya, and others, but Baa ignores her and heads to the kitchen. Anupama, undeterred, offers homemade chocolates to the kids, symbolizing her resilience and determination to find joy despite the challenges.
In the room, Baa questions Vanraj about letting Anupama inside, worried about neighbors’ gossip and insults. Vanraj assures he will manage. Baa expresses concern about ensuring the marriage proceeds smoothly. Vanraj, however, doubts himself, fearing he will sabotage it. Ansh enters, preparing to leave for chocolate brought by Dadi. Vanraj halts him, wanting to discuss something important. He then confides in Ansh.
Meanwhile, Anuj calls the Spice and Chutney staff and KD, offering them money for expenses, which they initially refuse. Anuj suggests they can return it if they find employment. He informs them of his trip to India and instructs his team to assist them if needed.
As they depart, Gulati nearly hits Anuj with his car. Anuj confronts him angrily, but Rahul, Anu’s ex-husband, intervenes, revealing Gulati’s identity and his offer of a job to Anupama, which she had declined. They drive away together.
Pari questions Anupama about Papa’s statement that she wouldn’t come. Toshu defends himself, claiming he felt she wouldn’t show up, criticizing some for their shamelessness. Babu ji chastises Toshu, and Anupama responds, stating one should feel ashamed if they are wrong.
Ansh arrives, and Anupama tries to offer him chocolate, but he refuses, claiming Dadi’s food is infested with cockroaches. The family encourages Ansh to eat, but he remains stubborn until Anupama and others eat the chocolate, proving it safe. Vanraj observes, believing Anupama has erred and will face humiliation. Anupama confronts Vanraj for turning the family against her. Despite this, she remains determined to fulfill her responsibilities until the marriage is concluded.
